Aja Reid has been in the Human Resources field for over 15 years, serving in positions of impact and leadership in the Hospitality, Logistics, Higher Education, Healthcare, Biotech and Non-Profit industries.

Mrs. Reid has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida A & M University and 2 Masters of Science degrees in Organizational Leadership & Effectiveness and Human Resources Management from Troy State University. She also holds a Senior in Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute; a Targeted Selection Interviewer certification from Development Dimensions International; a Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter Accreditation; a North Carolina Public Employment Law certification from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; and an Advanced Employee Relations and Investigations Certificate from Cornell University.

She also serves as a Career Coach and Image Consultant with Dress-for-Success - a non-profit organization providing assistance to women re-entering the workforce, where she conducts on-going training sessions in the areas of: job interviewing, personal image presentation, networking and resume development.

Aja Reid provides HR consulting and training services and can engage others, even when matters are complicated. She is passionate about making business processes time and cost effective and has regularly found innovative ways to aid her clients in increasing productivity.
